Production of natural gas in Russia

ZAO Achimgaz is a joint venture of BASF subsidiary Wintershall and Gazprom subsidiary OOO Gazprom dobycha Urengoy. It will produce natural gas and condensate from the deeper Achimov Formation of the Urengoy Field in western. Siberia
Wintershall and OAO Gazprom extended their long-standing partnership still further: the successful cooperation in natural gas trading in Europe has been expanded to include the development and production of natural gas and condensate in Russia.
